Our Story
At El Poblano Mexican-American Grill, we've proudly served the Wautoma community since 2008. As the Torres family, we saw an opportunity to bring authentic Mexican dishes and beloved American traditional meals to Waupaca, creating a dining experience that reflects our passion for good food and family. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and nearly two decades of operating our own business, we understand what it takes to create memorable meals and exceptional service.

Chef Tony and his family from El Poblano catered the Evergreen Quilt Retreat in February 2026. They provided 6 delicious meals for the 3 day retreat for 36 quilters!!! The food was so good and they handled it all so professionally!! Thanks, Chef Tony!!
