Our Story

At El Poblano Mexican-American Grill, we've proudly served the Wautoma community since 2008. As the Torres family, we saw an opportunity to bring authentic Mexican dishes and beloved American traditional meals to Waupaca, creating a dining experience that reflects our passion for good food and family. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and nearly two decades of operating our own business, we understand what it takes to create memorable meals and exceptional service.

This was our first time here. I had the huevos rancheros. My husband had a chimichanga. And we thought both were very good. My meal was huge and I took over 1/2 home. So the price was great at $10.99 Chips and salsa were good. The salsa is very mild, it kind of just tastes like crushed roasted tomatoes, but there were other sauces that came with it if you wanted to doctor it up. I would definitely give the place another try and try some other menu items.
